Sublimation dried lotus tea is made from 2 main ingredients: green tea and lotus flower. To create this special lotus tea, people will choose the most beautiful flowers and pick them at morning dew. The light sweet scent of lotus along with the taste of green tea will bring us a tea that goes into people’s hearts.

Sublimation dried lotus tea is made from tea petals incubated in budding lotus buds so that the scents of lotus and tea blend together to create an ethereal, pure drink.

In the lotus season, the newly budded lotus flowers will be cut in the early morning dew and brought back to be plugged into the water.

Each petal will be gently separated and then added tea to brew.

Then, fold the petals, use the lotus leaf to wrap the flower tightly to keep the scent. Incubate like this after a day, then put into sublimation drying to achieve the best quality product.

After drying, sublimation dried lotus tea will be easy to transport and store for a long time.

Process of processing sublimation dried lotus tea

Step 1: Choose raw materials – Pick lotus flowers that are about to bloom early in the morning, lotus flowers must be fresh, free from pests and diseases. After picking the lotus, it is then plugged into the water to keep the freshness of the flower. – Tea brewed with lotus must be a delicious tea, you can choose one of the good teas on the market to use. – Lotus leaves are used to wrap flowers that are not too old and are washed and dried before wrapping.

Step 2: Incubate tea Lightly cup lotus petals and put tea into each flower about 12g of tea. Cover the lotus leaf, then plug it into a jar of water, brew tea with lotus flowers for about 1-2 days.

Step 3: Drying – Cut the flower apart from the stem, keeping 1-2 cm. – The sound of dried onions sublimated for about 3 days and 3 nights to dry completely.

Step 4: Packing The dried flowers will be put in small bags to vacuum to sublimation dried lotus tea (1 flower/bag). Store in a dry place, if you want to store it for a long time, then freeze it.
