Freeze-dried Cherry – An attractive dried fruit that retains the same taste and nutrients as fresh fruit

Cherry, rich in vitamin C, sweet and sour, is loved by everyone. But because of the short shelf life of fresh fruit, SUNSAY Vietnam has launched a line of refrigeration dryers with unique features and product characteristics that stand out in the current freeze drying market.

In the past, cherries were mostly sun-dried or microwaved. With the wide application of freeze-drying technology, the old methods have gradually been replaced. Freeze-dried cherries are long-preserved products that can be exported to many countries and are popular with all ages.

What are the benefits of freeze-dried cherries?

According to recent studies, a piece of dried cherries contains the same nutritional content as fresh, but is concentrated in a small package. The nutritional content as well as fiber in dried cherries is 3.5 times higher than that of other fruits, specifically, for every 100g of cherries, there is not 2g of fiber.

People who use freeze-dried cherries will have better nutritional content than those who do not. Provides a large source of energy 175kcal / 100g, helping to improve blood circulation. In addition, I also contain high levels of antioxidants that help reduce damage to cells reducing the risk of chronic diseases.

Eat freeze-dried cherries the right way

Although there are many nutrients inside, you must also know how to eat properly to be able to absorb them all:

• Drink water when eating: Fiber when absorbing a lot of water if in dry form, the fiber in cherries will absorb the fluids in your body, so if you eat a lot, it will cause constipation. Try to also drink some water while eating to make sure you don’t get constipated either.
• Reasonable portion sizes: No matter how nutritious the food is, you should not eat too much at one time. Divide your portion sizes accordingly.
• Add protein from other foods: When eating fruits with high-fat protein foods as well as nuts and seeds when yogurt, the amount absorbed into the body from cherries will be significantly reduced. This is better for the body.
